How to Protect Your Panel From Spam and Advertising Tickets

Many Perfect Panel owners face the same problem: support tickets that are not from real customers, but canned messages sent to dozens of panels simultaneously — ads for other services, or scam attempts phrased as "contact me about an offer".

The issue is that they consume the same time and attention as a real customer ticket if nobody filters them first, and that is time and resources leaking away with no actual benefit.

The first line of defense is rate limiting on any public-facing form — preventing dozens of tickets from being sent within seconds from the same source.

The second line of defense is recognizing the message pattern itself: spam messages are usually in a predictable, repetitive format that can be detected by keyword matching or text similarity with previously known spam, instead of relying solely on human review for every new ticket.
